1. Location
The Villages of Five Points is located East of Route-1 in Lewes, DE. Being situated East of Route-1 means less traffic for homeowners and renters to have to deal with. This matters most during the summertime when tourists come to vacation.
Just down the road you'll find Downtown Lewes. Known for its immense history, Downtown Lewes features a variety of shops & restaurants along the famed 2nd Street. Additionally, you'll find boat slips and more restaurants along the gorgeous Lewes Canal separating Downtown Lewes from Lewes Beach.
Just a little further down the road is Delaware's most beautiful state park - Cape Henlopen State Park. Cape Henlopen's beaches attract thousands of visitors who enjoy everything from ocean swimming, boating, fishing, and kayaking to clamming, paddle-boarding and wind-surfing. But Cape Henlopen offers more than just the ocean and bays. The park's premiere trails offer hiking and biking exploration as well as tours into Fort Miles, a decommissioned WWII Army Base.

East Village & West Village are located on the outskirts of Villages of Five Points. Both East & West Villages are the only villages in VOFP that feature single family homes.
The homes are similar in style, yet flaunt their individual uniqueness. East Village hosts one of the two community pools, but is farther from the commercial area than West Village.
Most homes in East & West Village feature 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 2,500 square feet on average.
As you enter VOFP through the main entrance (N Village Main Blvd.), you'll drive right into Town Center West ("TCW"). TCW (pictured) consists of beautiful townhomes that encompass the commercial area. These townhouse are rather large...3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, and 1,900-2,600 square feet.

The final two villages are North Village & Town Center East, both are comprised of condo buildings.
